In the early 1970s, Swank Construction bought the second Rotomill ever produced from CMI. Four Foot Milling Machines
Wirtgen W120
- Rear cutting machine – eliminates handwork, cuts transverse joints well, great in parking lots
- Compatible with our 2′ or 3′ drum and also our 4′ fine patterned drum
- Equipped with the top-of-the line Wirtgen Level Pro control box
Half Lane Mills
W2000, W210i
- The W210i is our most popular half lane mill. It is as comfortable in a parking lot as it is on the highway, but it finds its true calling in city streets.
- Can be outfitted with 8mm “fine” milling drum in addition to standard milling drum.
- Equipped with the top-of-the line Wirtgen Level Pro control box.
Wirtgen W150
- Mid-mounted milling drum geared towards production
- At home on shoulder work and trench milling
- Cuts cul-de-sacs with more precision
- Compatible with our 2′ or 3′ drum and also our 4′ fine patterned drum
- Equipped with the top-of-the line Wirtgen Level Pro control box
W2100 / W220i
- The next tier up is the W2100 / W220. These roto-mills are geared towards highway work and are great micro millers. They also provide our concrete milling.
- Can be outfitted with 5mm “micro” drum, concrete “basher” drum in addition to standard milling drum.
- Equipped with the top-of-the line Wirtgen Level Pro control box.
W2200 / W250
- The heavy lifter of the fleet. It is built to remove tons — in a hurry. Trying to keep trucks underneath of it is its greatest challenge. This massive cold planer can routinely move 3,500 tons in a single shift.
- Ability to house a 12’6″ milling drum in addition to 7′ or 8′ standard drums.
- Equipped with the top-of-the line Wirtgen Level Pro control box.
