Since 1984, Swank Construction Company, LLC has been a leader in concrete cutting, concrete joint rehabilitation, sawing and sealing of asphalt overlays, maintenance sealing of airports and highways, green sawing and new construction in Pittsburgh, PA and beyond. Swank uses its vast knowledge and experience of concrete sawing and sealing to complete jobs safely, on time and on budget. Having the right people and equipment allows us to provide quality workmanship and produce satisfied customers.
With our mobile fleet and pre-qualifications Swank is capable to travel wherever we are needed. Swank’s crews are equipped to service the largest jobs and have the flexibility to meet our customers smaller needs. We take pride in working in many different states on a variety of jobs.
Pittsburgh Office:
Swank’s main headquarters is located in New Kensington, PA just east of Pittsburgh. The Saw/Seal Division is comprised of a Highway Division and our Building Trades Division.
Combining our roadway services with our building trades services, Swank is able to provide a turnkey operation for almost any concrete sawing or sealing job.
The Highway Division of Saw/Seal performs a multitude of duties. Bridge deck demolition, green sawing concrete or full depth roadway sawing, Swank’s Pittsburgh office can service all your concrete sawing requirements. Michael “Chip” Golembiewski has managed this division since 1992. Mike Armitage and Sonya Schultheis handle the estimating and project management duties while Matt Kurth acts as Assistant Manager .
Swank’s Building Trades Division, also located in New Kensington is managed by Ken Cheripka, with a combination of over 10 years of field and office experience. Services include flat sawing, wire sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, indoor sawing, concrete demolition and removal.
